Quality Service Membership Terms and Conditions

  1. Introduction:

Welcome to Quality Service Membership, the preventative maintenance program offered by Quality Service Contractors. By enrolling in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which outline the benefits and responsibilities associated with being a Quality Service Member.

  1. Membership Cost and Payment:

The annual membership fee for Quality Service Membership is $99 per year, per home, regardless of the number of HVAC systems. This fee is due at the time of sign-up and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation after enrollment.

  1. Scope of Services:

As a Quality Service Member, you will be entitled to the following services:

  • Two seasonal inspections per year, including cooling and heating inspections.
  • Visual cleanliness inspection of the HVAC system.
  • Testing of electrical components to ensure proper functionality.
  • Refrigerant level check to maintain optimum performance.
  • Customer supplied filter change to enhance indoor air quality.
  • Condenser cleaning using a water hose for improved efficiency.
  • Head of line priority for emergency services, ensuring prompt assistance.
  • A 15% discount, up to $500, on any repair and new system replacement services.
  1. Membership Duration:

The Quality Service Membership is valid for one year from the date of enrollment. 

  1. Cancellation and Termination:

Quality Service Members have the right to cancel their membership at any time. However, please note that the $99 membership fee is non-refundable after enrollment. To cancel your membership, please contact our customer service team using the contact details provided.

  1. Renewal and Billing:

Upon the expiration of your membership, you will receive a renewal notice, either by phone, email, or usps mail with instructions on how to renew your membership for another year. The annual membership fee will be charged at the prevailing rate at the time of renewal.

  1. Changes to Membership and Services:

Quality Service Contractors reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Quality Service Membership program at any time, including the benefits and services offered, without prior notice. However, any changes will not affect existing members until their membership is due for renewal.

  1. Limitation of Liability:

Quality Service Contractors will make every effort to provide reliable and timely preventative maintenance services. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the membership program, and we shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or inconvenience caused due to temporary unavailability or interruptions.

  1. Indemnification:

By enrolling in the Quality Service Membership program, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quality Service Contractors, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your membership and use of the preventative maintenance services.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas. Any disputes arising from or related to the Quality Service Membership program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Texas .

By signing up for the Quality Service Membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from enrolling in the program.

Quality Service Contractors - Quality Service Commercial Membership Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1. The Quality Service Commercial Membership (hereinafter referred to as "Membership") is offered by Quality Service Contractors (hereinafter referred to as "QSC") to commercial clients (hereinafter referred to as "Member" or "you") for their HVAC systems. By enrolling in the Membership, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Membership Coverage and Cost

2.1. The Membership covers one HVAC system per year at a cost of $99.00 per system.

2.2. Membership coverage includes two seasonal inspections per year - one cooling inspection and one heating inspection.

3. Inspection Services

3.1. The inspections provided under the Membership shall include the following services:

  • Visual Cleanliness Inspection: Inspection of the HVAC system for any visible dirt, debris, or obstructions.
  • Testing of Electrical Components: Testing and evaluation of electrical components for proper functioning.
  • Refrigerant Level Check: Checking and maintaining appropriate refrigerant levels as required.
  • Condenser Cleaning: Cleaning the condenser using a water hose to ensure optimal performance.
  • Customer Supplied Filter Changes: Assisting with filter changes provided by the customer for improved air quality.
  • Head of the Line Privileges: Priority scheduling for emergency HVAC service during regular business hours.
  • 15% Repair Discount: A 15% discount on HVAC repairs up to $500.00 for Members.
  • Automatic Reminders: Regular notifications to Members when maintenance inspections are due.

4. Membership Agreement

4.1. The Membership requires a commitment of one year from the date of enrollment.

4.2. The Membership will automatically renew for subsequent one-year periods unless canceled by the Member with at least 30 days' prior written notice before the renewal date.

4.3. If a Member cancels their Membership before the end of the one-year term, no refunds will be provided for the remaining portion of the Membership.

5. Terms of Payment

5.1. The Membership fee of $99.00 per system shall be paid in full at the time of enrollment.

5.2. Payment can be made via accepted credit/debit cards or other payment methods as approved by QSC.

6. Non-Transferability

6.1. The Membership is non-transferable and can only be used for the specific HVAC system enrolled during the Membership term.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. QSC shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the Member's failure to adhere to the maintenance recommendations provided during inspections.

7.2. QSC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the Membership or any related services.

8. Modification of Terms and Conditions

8.1. QSC reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. The updated terms will be posted on the QSC website, and the Member will be notified accordingly.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the [State/Country] without regard to its conflicts of law principles.

10. Entire Agreement

10.1. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Member and QSC regarding the Quality Service Commercial Membership and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

By enrolling in the Quality Service Commercial Membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Labor Warranty Terms and Conditions

1. **Labor Warranty Periods for Repairs:**
   - The labor warranty for repairs covers a period of 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, or 1 year, as specified by the residential HVAC company.

2. **Coverage and Exclusions:**
   - The labor warranty for repairs covers the cost of labor only and does not include the cost of the part. The parts warranties are held by the respective manufacturers of the parts.
   - The residential HVAC company shall not be liable for any costs associated with parts covered by the manufacturer's parts warranty, including repair parts and complete system warranties.

3. **Manufacturer's Parts Warranty:**
   - If the parts are covered by the manufacturer's parts warranty, the residential HVAC company will facilitate the warranty claims process and pick up the part for the client. However, additional fees, such as trip charges, may apply.

4. **Standard Labor Warranty for Complete System Replacement:**
   - The standard labor warranty period for complete system replacements is 1 year from the date of installation.

5. **Extended Labor Warranty for Complete System Replacement:**
   - Clients have the option to purchase additional coverage for labor warranty on complete system replacements.
   - Additional coverage can be extended up to 10 years, in 1-year increments, at an additional cost.
   - The extended labor warranty for complete system replacement must be purchased at the time of the system purchase.

6. **Claim Process:**
   - To claim labor warranty benefits, the client must notify the residential HVAC company promptly upon discovering the issue.
   - The residential HVAC company will assess the situation and determine if the repair or replacement is covered under the specified labor warranty.

7. **Coverage Limitations:**
   - The labor warranty only covers defects in workmanship by the residential HVAC company.
   - The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized repair or modifications.

8. **Transferability:**
   - Labor warranties are non-transferable and can only be utilized by the original purchaser of the HVAC system or repair services.

9. **Limitation of Liability:**
   - The residential HVAC company's liability is limited to the cost of labor associated with the repair or replacement covered under the labor warranty.

10. **Terms and Conditions Modifications:**
   - The residential HVAC company reserves the right to modify or terminate these labor warranty terms and conditions at any time, with or without prior notice.


 "Refer a Friend and Get a $50 Amazon Gift Card" program:


1. Eligibility: The program is open to all existing clients of Quality Service Contractors.

2. Referral Limit: Each client can refer up to four friends or acquaintances.

3. Qualified Referrals: To qualify for the $50 Amazon gift card, the referred friend must be a new client to Quality Service Contractors and must have completed a repair or system replacement service.

4. Gift Card Redemption: The $50 Amazon gift card will be issued to the referring client after the referred friend's service is completed and payment is received by Quality Service Contractors.

5. Communication: The referral must be made through the official referral form or method provided by Quality Service Contractors.

6. Multiple Referrals: If multiple clients refer the same new client, the referral will be attributed to the first client who made the referral.

7. Non-Transferable: The gift card is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

8. Program Period: The program start and end dates will be specified by Quality Service Contractors.

9. Validity: The program is valid only for residential HVAC services.

10. Discretion: Quality Service Contractors reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.

11. Compliance: All referrals and participants must comply with these terms and conditions.
